2. WHEN THE DAYS ON THE MARKET BECOME SHORTER, THIS MEANS THAT IT IS NOW BECOMING A SELLERS MARKET.
3. WITH THE MORTGAGE RATES DECLINING, MORE APPLICATIONS WILL BE TAKEN AND SELLERS WILL STOP DROPPING THEIR PRICES.
4. SOLD HOMES WILL CLOSE AT CLOSER TO LISTING PRICES
5. PRICES WILL REMAIN THE SAME OR INCREASE AS THE DEMAND INCREASES.
